CFDA Fashion Awards 2023 Celebrates Unique Fashion: Celebs Turn Up In Customized Straw Gowns and Other Statement Pieces
As anticipated, the CFDA Fashion Awards 2023 celebrated the most unique fashion choices. At the event held on 6th November 2023, many celebs made statements with unique outfits like sartorial straw gowns and fishnet fringes.
Ariana DeBose, Naomi Watts, and Anne Hathway were present at the event amidst the creme de la creme of the fashion world.
The first one to grab our attention with unique fashion choices was Saweetie. This American rapper wore a customized straw gown from CULT GAIA.
Her gown also took inspiration from risque fashion with a slit at the front and cutouts on the sides. She celebrated her sensuality in this strapless gown at ease.
The rapper accessorized her outfit with diamond jewelry, including earrings, a bracelet, and a necklace. She kept her makeup very soft and feminine with fluttery eyelashes, glossy lips, and a touch of pink blush on her cheeks. Further, her well-groomed eyebrows added definition to her overall look.
Her hairstyle was also on point. She pulled back her hair to create an elegant and neat look. However, she kept a few tresses free at the front for caressing her face and adding some movements.
Ayesha Curry, on the other hand, went for opulence with her black and red dress. The outfit of this Canadian actress celebrated the art of cutouts at its best.
The fishnet fringes of the halter neck dress made everyone swoon over. Further, the thigh-high side slit was the icing on the cake, leaving everyone in awe of the design.
She kept her hair braided with a few tresses left at the front. Further, her black high heels perfectly complemented the outfit.
Tiarra Money also made a bold appearance in her blue outfit. To boost its appeal, she contrasted the blue outfit with mismatched sleeves. Now, one needs to be at the top of the fashion game and have the confidence to carry this combination.
The dress even had a cutout on the midriff, and the fringes on one side of her waist created a waterfall effect. She finished her look with a blue eyeliner on her lower lash line.
